  • your Eric customer number (see your policy document)
  • details of the incident
  • details of any other party involved.

When an incident occurs, it’s important to:

  • take all reasonable steps to prevent or minimise further loss, damage or liability
  • submit your claim, with all required details, within 30 days of the incident
  • provide Eric with all additional information that Eric may reasonably need to process your claims (for example, obtaining your driving or criminal history when requested).
